Order Processing

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Tracking Information

After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for additional support.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or issue a refund.


International Customs & Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description
